Favorite YouTube find of the week

Everybody loves those underdog stories on America/Britain/Wherever's Got Talent (e.g. Susan Boyle). But I think this one's the most moving of all, from the Korean version of the franchise.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

OK, I teared up ... I'll admit it.  There's genuine natural talent there, although the guy really could benefit from some professional coaching.

His selection of music didn't hurt either.  It was familiar but I couldn't identify it until the very end.  I could be wrong, but he was singing a piece by Ennio Morricone, right?  I think it was from some movie score if I've got the right composer.

The video has had 64 million views. Sung-bong Choi now has a wikipedia page. He did not, however, win the contest (came in 2nd). He's being called "the Korean Susan Boyle". I wonder how he feels about that.
