Alternative to freezing a Virus TI track?

Seeing you cannot just simply freeze the Access Virus TI HS, does anyone have any useful tips/trick to work around this?  The best I could come up with is single it out, and export the entire project live.

    I dont have a working system up and running right now.. but if I remember correctly that isn't an option.

    You can freeze the Virus, but being a real synth, it does not support fast bounce..only real time bouncing..  if you are having issues getting it to freeze, then right click on freeze, disable fast bounce, i also enable audible bounce and single bounce per track but thats just me.. ymmv :)
     
    I only freeze when i am completed with the project or i run out of polyphony and since there is no workaround that does not involve real time I just let it do its thing, and if its polyphony thats the issue the value of freezing an instance is that you can then go and insert another Virus :)

    Questions to an old thread:
     
    1. How can I freeze just one audio track of the Virus? Every time I freeze the audio track I wish to record, even if soloed, then Sonar proceeds to bounce down all three of the Virus Audio tracks.
    2. Can I bounce-down (freeze) clips and clips only?
    3. It seems that the freezing process takes priority over the Virus.  Unfreezing results in a momentary pause/application not-responding hang. Anyone else getting this?
