Sonar X2 and Audiosnap

Greetings, My wallet has been giving me looks. I think it wants me to upgrade to X2. However, I've done a bit of searching around the forum and haven't seen any cries of "eureka!" regarding the well documented and oft lamented bug where transient markers spontaneously disappear during Audiosnap editing multitrack drums and the like. Can anybody tell me if this bug has been addressed? I think at this point that would be the only reason I'd upgrade. I have a suspicion the bug may still be present - it's been constant since AS2.0 was introduced. Can anyone tell me otherwise? Cheers, -Tim

    Whoa, that's some aggressive intra-word censoring. :)

X2 Producer - just installed last night. Figured I'd learn AS by fixing an old 8.5 recording of me playing sax over a midi file. The sax solo has some loose timing that just irks me. End result. AS NOT LEARNED. Sax solo still irksome. Your post confirms that I'm not crazy. Transient markers appear - disappear - can be moved - can't be moved. I'm currently too frustrated to think methodically enough to troubleshoot. Grrr..
