Odd problem, audio misalaigned.

All 8.5 projects I try to add new recording to in X2 aligns the recording about 50 ms late. All new projects record properly and as I overdub, everything lines up properly. This is really weird. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon? This happened to me when I went from Sonar 6 to 8.5, now it has happened coming from 8.5 to X2. I can't remember that far back as to how i may have fixed it, or if I just scrapped all my 6.0 projects and started over in 8.5. I doubt it is specific hardware related as it was 2 different computers for the 2 upgrades. Same interface though.

Zenon, 18gb ram, SPLAT.

reset asio. you've got an i5 so try turning off hyperthreading because the cpu clock speed can affect audio timing as the clock changes with load.

There is no hyperthreading on i5 processors, just i7 and up.
