URGENT!!! Octacapture roland need to fugre out headphone routing

i need to set up my octacapture so i can switch to headphones without having to turn off my monitors so i can mute my speakers. please help.

    Press the button just to the right of the volume knob.

    Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.
