pup stuff.

Started building a Gibson "new style" P-90
- had a question about how it would attached to winder so...
I made a couple of maple pieces that will sandwich the bobbin
and mount to the aluminium plate on winder.
 
Also included in pic is wooden spacer inbetween the flatplates being
glued (the winding will wrap around it) and some Strat pups being potted...for those that haven't
seen it. - You can see the little bubbles...I leave them in until I don't
see them...about 15-20 minutes.    ....

    After a long ride on the Softail got busy
    and 10,400 wraps later...@8.9k
    I'll wrap #2 with 10,000 for a bridge one - pot 'em and done deal.
    The pressure from the wire can warp the top plate so this jig
    helps keep it straight.

    I feel it's a waste of my time posting but maybe a few enjoy.
    No immediate plans for more pups until after I build a couple of
    guitars so...the end. lol.
