    Pasteurization and fermentation acheive the same process. Any substance suspended in an alcohol solution is quite clean. LOL. If you want to remove the alcohol, just heat it to 150 degrees for a few minutes. You can tell by the smell. LOL

    I never knew there was an option. In fact, I never noticed the "pasteurized" thingie before we moved here.

    It's Sunday night, meaning we're off tomorrow and for whichever reason I suddenly feel like having a couple of cold ones tonight... Go figure.
