Jackdied -"Revolution"

Hi

I've tried to do  a mixture between  typical retro glam-rock and modern dance sound. I've been impressed by French band called "justice" a bit. This track is just for fun and composed/mixed/mastered on X1. Hope you like it :)

    Hey jack,

Waaaaaay cool track my friend!  I like the instrument choices a lot and the overall glitzy feel it has.  The mix seems about right to me, but on my system it seems to be lacking some midrange "beef".  Nice low end.  Anyone else get this?  What is your mastering software?

Looking forward to more from you...

    Cheers!

The beat on this tune is dark and heavy, and I could feel it in the next room.  The arrangement wasn't predictable, which is a big plus, and I liked the piano at the end.  This would find a home in a video or film in the right circumstance.  Nice job.

    All the best,

Very slick tune... Kind of reminds me of iRobot (Alan Parsons) .. please take that as a compliment. :) Great stuff.
