Any way to shrink the top Control Bar in X2?

Any way to shrink the top Control Bar in X2? It's so dang...big. Takes up a lot of real estate. I don't mind it there, but wish it were half the height. Everything in X2 seems big, UI-wise. The only thing I can shrink besides the track heights are the mixer channel widths...and even those are bigger than the old pre-X versions of Sonar. Does Cakewalk expect everyone to own a pair of 50-inch monitors?  :I

Elson - just use the keyboard shortcut 'C' - open and close it when you need it

Yep, the C keypress is the way to go. Gone when you don't want it there when you do.

Another option is to grab it's far right end and drag it till it floats so you can move it around or even to another monitor.

    Hm, thanks. I'll give "C" a shot.

Speaking of the control bar, is there a way to alter the color scheme for it? Especially the light blue color, especially the "LCD" screen? I don't seem to see any parameters in the color preferences that pertain to the Control Bar.

Also F11 gets rid of the window title bar. New feature in X2!
