Phasing when using Bus Send?

I'm having some issues using Sends - I must be doing something wrong but can't work it out ...

I have one track in Sonar X1 - say Kontakt Piano.  I add a Delay to it in the FX bin - sounds fine.   I want to put this delay effect on a bus, to share with some other tracks.  I make a new stereo bus for the delay, and add the exact same delay effect there.   I bypass the delay in the FX bin, add a send to the new delay bus, level 0.    I'm expecting to hear it exactly same as I would going to the delay which was directly on the track, but I get a VERY distinct what I think is "phasing".

I thought I had done everything correctly - have I missed something obvious in the set up?

Is the Piano track OUTPUT set to the Master bus?
Is the Delay bus OUTPUT routed to the Master bus?

I'm sure this is nothing more than a routing problem.

The delay on the bus should be set to wet only no dry signal. Then set the amount of delay using the send on the track.

    Cheers
    Steve.

Thanks for the reply.  Both Kontakt and Dealy Bus are being sent to Master - Kontakt has a Send, sent to Delay Bus.

Sorry Steve, missed your message earlier.   Agh, yes, that was it, I needed to set the delay as 100% wet!  That's what I missed.  Thanks for that .-)

I didn't suggest that becasue you stated, quite clearly "I added the exact same delay effect there."

That's where I went wrong I think - since the "exact same effect" in fact was not 100% wet ...
