Jog wheel of VS-700C to go frame by frame ?

Hi all, I wonder if it's possible to use the jog wheel of the VS-700C to go frame by frame ? If not, It would be very useful when making music over a video.

Well, I found a thread where I learnt that using the arrow keys left/right allows to go frame by frame when Video windows is active.
