Sonar X2 Supporting VST3?

So I used Cakewalk since early 90's.
Then had to switch to another due to poor VST performance back in 2008.

When X came I bought it instantly. I never thought it would not support VST3...

When I discovered that, I had to leave Sonar X again on the side and wait.

Now X2 is out and VST3 isn't here... so:

WHEN is it going to support VST3??

From what I understand, it will be implemented when enough SOnar users consider it important enough. Being a small team Cakewalk needs to prioritise and at the moment there are more important things to the user base than VST3.

I can understand the frustration if you use plug-ins that are VST3. I think the Pro Channel was possibly an effort to move away from dependence on Cubase code(that they continue to change). Isn't there a VST4 now? Can't speak for CW only guessing maybe they are tired of playing that game.
