Ezdrummer and SonarX2

So I insert an audio track add ezdrummer add the midi drum file I want to use and nothing happens. It plays through ezd, but sonar. Any clues as to what I'm doing wrong?

I have a feeling it's to do with adding the file to a midi track, but can't seem to find an option to add ezd to it that way.

The easiest way to insert a soft synth (like EZdrummer) into a SONAR project is by dragging and dropping from the Browser or by using the Insert > Soft Synths menu option at the top of the SONAR window.

When you do that, a dialog box will open giving you options of what tracks you'd like created. To begin with try Simple Instrument Track and Synth Property Page, then click OK.

SONAR will automatically create and route the tracks. From there, just copy your MIDI data into the new track and it should play in EZdrummer (after you load up a drum kit of course).

Thanks, that got me where I want to go. :)

It sounds a little different when playing through Sonar than it does when I play the midi with TT Solo though.
