Anyone using JBridge with SONAR X2?

I have not been able to use JBridge successfully with X2. All of the GUIs are completely blank when the effects/instruments loads. Of course, this make them unusable. Is anyone else seeing anything similar to this with JBridge?

I dont use Jbridge here but just wondering if you've installed the X2 quickfix. It seems to have fixed some problems with blank modules and missing GUI elements.

I have been using Jbridge in X2 without any trouble whatsoever - I did not have to touch any settings to make it work when upgrading from X1 to X2.

My experience too. Mostly use Bitbridge without trouble. But jbridge works fine for the plugs I use it for.

Works great here, IMHO better than bitbridge. Try checking the "Force GUI refresh" option.

I don't have that checked but I guess there are some configs of graphic cards etc that do require it.

make sure jBridge is running with admin privileges. See jBridge documentation.

Just reinstalled jbridge and it just white screened me with an Ampeg VST error.

I so wish they would make an x64 version, it seems to like neither bit bridge or jbridge on my machine. YMMV.

Looks like I have some more troubleshooting to do. I suspect my video card drivers. I've also been seeing other graphics weirdness in SONAR since installing an NVidia card.

    Thanks for the suggestions folks.

I used to use JBridge for Jamstix, Phatmatik Pro, and Vocalizer - which always gave Bitbridge trouble. I haven't switched to the x64 version of Jamstix yet, and Phatpro and Vocalizer are unlikely to ever get an x64 update, IMO.
I just took a look - at least since X2 came out, I have been running both Jamstix and Phatpro in Bitbridge, and Vocalizer in JBridge, but with no special settings (Sluggish GUI Hack, Force Whole GUI refresh, etc). I lost a hard drive, and cleaned up my system and upgraded from Vista to Win 7 just before X2 came out.
The few other 32 bit plugs I am still running seem to work fine for me in Bitbridge.
FWIW, I am using JBridge 1.5. Not sure if there is a more recent version.
    Hope this helps -

Thanks folks! My question is specifically if I have to run the jBridger application and create bridged versions of my x86 plugins (to run in Sonar x64) before using them in Sonar, or if that process is transparent within Sonar once you check the checkbox to use jBridge for that plugin.

    Cheers,

    Martin

I've actually done both methods. Some of my older WAVES stuff would not load properly when just using jBridge option checked off in SONAR's plug-in properties menu. What I did was create a folder in the x64 vst category and then ran the jBridge application and had it deposit the wrapped vsts there. Things went without a hitch. As for the graphics issue, before testing things further, turn off Aero and see if that clears things up first.
