Couple PRV shortcut questions

Is there shortcuts for selecting a section to loop via keyboard only in the PRV?

I'd also often like to zoom the selection I have in the PRV so the section of notes fills the screen, I've found control+alt+h but that just zooms the clip in track view, I know I can zoom with mouse but I'd like a keyboard shortcut instead.

Damnit, this should have been in "SONAR X1 and X2 Producer", need more coffee, got woken by the bloody parrots at 5 this morning yelling GRAPES, GRAPES grr.
