what to use to add cd text, id3 tags etc

Need to add PQ infor and id3 tags to files. I know X2 has the mp3 creator utility but that is looking like a web only based application.

Creating CD's and Mp3's from your songs what's the best utilities to tag/arrange them properly for most mobile and other devices can read them as well as album art.

Sonar X2 w packs/ S8.53PE
Win 7 64b
Quad Core cpu 2.6ghz

Cant you drag it into iTunes and do it all there?

Not sure on other methods other than whats available in Sonar when saving an MP3 file

    MP3tag: http://www.mp3tag.de/en/

You can do basic stuff just using Windows Explorer. Just right-click the file(s) and you should see a details panel where you can enter most information.
