Missing Pro Channel modules-solved, user is an idiot.

Launched Sonar this afternoon, loaded an ongoing project, to be told that the PC2A Leveler and PC4K channel comp could not be found. The concrete limiter is also missing. Audio drivers also not found (though switching to WDM then back to ASIO solved this).

Tried re-scanning plugins (including excluded) - no better.

Uninstalled Sonar, deleted all the Sonar data directories I'm aware of, deleted the Cakewalk folder in program files and searched the registry for all mentions of Cakewalk or Sonar and deleted them.

Disabled MS Security Essentials real-time scanning, then re-installed from scratch, which seemed to go smoothly.

Everything seems to work except the missing pro channel modules are still missing.

Ideas welcome.

64bit X2 Producer on Win7 Pro by the way. No prior versions of Sonar ever installed on this PC.

Yep - all those three are separate installs not part of the regular Sonar install.

    Ah...thank you <sound of hand slapping forehead>!

When I built this PC a few weeks ago I installed X1 (with the additional modules) then X2.

End of last week I reinstalled from scratch (partly to clear out remnants of loads of trial software and partly because the Microsoft automatic "program compatability" thing had scrambled something non-Sonar related), and only installed X2. For some reason I'd got it in my head that those modules were now part of X2.

    Thank you all.
