E-MU Mo' Phatt - why do I keep needeing to refresh the Dim Pro browser to access it

Everytime I bring up dim pro I need to F5 the synth's browser window to see these patches. I don't even need to shut down Sonar for it to disappear. I just close Dim Pro and reopen and the sample library is gone again. Any patch that I might have used in the project is still there and works but I can't find the library to access a new patch out of it. I did have to monkey around to get the library installed correctly and I guess the short answer was I didn't monkey around properly. Anyone know what step I might have missed? Any complete step by step instructions for getting these sample libraries installed properly for 32 and 64 bit installs?

Have you tried renaming the "c:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Programs\programs.lst"? That is the file that is updated when you refresh the browser with F5. You may need admin to update the file.

I do run from an admin account but I didn't launch Sonar with "Run as administrator" When I did that it saved fine Thanks!
