Waiting for the license to my speaker design software.
I can't help it... I've got the bug again and since my last speaker math app doesn't work on Win7 I bought another speaker math app's license last night. Evidently the guy doesn't have automated order processing so I'm waiting like it's 2012 for a download link. :-S I'd like to be patient, but I'm worried the urge will move on and I'll have yet another OS before it comes back. I guess I'll just twiddle my thumbs... or maybe listen to some other speakers while I wait. :-) More like... back to the trim carpentry. best, mike

Will it design speakers that go to 11?
In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

tbosco You design speakers?? Not the speakers... I was speaking inaccurately. I like to occasionally design speaker systems: Enclosures and cross overs to suit some particular combo of speaker drivers. I have few extra amplifiers that don't get enough use so I thought I'd have some fun now that the comfortable weather has made my wood working space habitable. In any event I got my download link finally so I'm off to dream and scheme. best regards, mike

I have heard it's a pain to find a good backline to rent.

Make sure you play Rawhide. They might like that one.

Is the license a photo ID ... can you use it at airport security?

Not all of them are set up to scan an iPhone. Or so I've heard.
