How do you mute an automation lane in X2?

How do you mute or solo an automation lane in X2?

I've got a track with a lot going on and I just want to concentration on one item, let's say volume or panning, at a time to be sure its doing what I want.

Or for example I've got a synth track that has lots of volume changes in the automation lane to compensate its issues and but now I want audition other synths patches without the volume automation.

Thanks

You can turn off the Automation Read for each Automation lane you don't want to affect your synth. Not sure if you can group lanes to do many at the same time though

Just checked, the R and W buttons for the synth track allow you to turn on/off all automation Read at once - don't know why I didn't think of this first time round.

So you can turn off all automation to audition the synth, and choose individual automation lanes by clicking on their separate R button in the lanes.

    Hi Simon,

I must have had a mental block. Probably so locked into looking for a mute or solo button that I didn't see what was there.

    Thanks for the help.
