Export automation data

Is it possible to export automation data (or save it) in order to open it in another piece of software? I really need to find a way to quantize my automation data :(

    Make sure you've got all the automation nodes selected, and uncheck "Only Notes and Lyrics" in the quantize dialog.

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I'm unable to do this in Sonar 6. Has automation quantize been implemented in X2?
