Request: use TRACKS beyond Audio/MIDI for TEMPO, COMMENTS, MARKERS, BLANKS, etc.

Just posted this as a feature request, but wanted to mention it here too in case any one wants to chime in with their ideas and, ultimately, join me in presenting their ideas to Cakewalk as a feature request:
.

Currently TRACKS are used for MIDI and AUDIO.  I'd like to see more uses for tracks that include the following:
- Project Tempo Grid
- Meter information at track-level (for poly-rhythms)
- Comment clips
- Markers at the track-level
- Blank tracks for spacing
- etc.

TEMPO
I'd especially like to see the tempo map moved into the track view so that we can easily see and manipulate the tempo in tandem with viewing the overall tracks in a project.

COMMENTS
I currently use a dummy MIDI clip to place "color-coded comment clips" in the tracks but it means that the tracks look like MIDI still which can be confusing at times

MARKERS
I know we already have project level markers in the timeline, but it gets busy very quickly, and they are often used at different "levels" within a song.  I'd like to be able to add marker tracks (as many as I want) so that I can separate these out accordingly.

BLANKS
This may seem trivial, but in a large project I like to separate out certain tracks or folders with a blank MIDI track.  Although this helps I still have the confusion of seeing tracks that look like they have other meaning and so on.

Etc. Etc.

I think these would be relatively straightforward to add but would greatly enhance the workflow and perception of the track-view as being state-of-the-art in Sonar....

Yes, this would be nice.  Something like an inline PRV for tempo, which you could make large enough to do accurate editing in.  Although I'd like even more if the existing tempo view were upgraded to fulll status, with smart tool support, dragable tempo events, etc.
