What happen to my help file in X2? (solved)

I must be confused here. Every time I want to call the help file, either with F1 or with the menu, Sonar wants to go online.
 
This must be a first. A software that cost a fortune and almost as complex as a DAW not having a windows help file which is fully searchable. I don't want to go online. I do not want to use the pdf manual every time. Admitedly, the pdf manual is very good and I use it often. An idiot like me however gets made to feel like a total pool if I want to just look at a contexts related issue and have to spend 20 minutes going through the pdf manual. I want something that I can search for keywords, just like the old and trusted windows help files.
 
Is there a secret setting in a hidden options menu, which I can only find if I have a propper help system, that could restore my help file?
