Very tasty cover here JB. Love that "jangly" tone of the guitar.

So you're always making music but rarely posting it? Well, I'm glad you posted this one then.  :)  I never heard the original, and as always, I'm impressed with those that can hear the nuances of the snare, the guitars, the verb, etc.  And I'm impressed with this.  I always enjoy hearing you play. And sing again too?!  Good for you!  :)

The bass and percussion work are AWESOME sounding.  Very cool effect on the guitar.  GREAT cover/mix.

This is really kinda cool. Sorta NIN meets Morrissey. I like.

Jon, the vocals are ****. but the music is cool, this can't be an easy song to get right, all those delays!

Blimey I need to catch up on the responses here I kind of forgot about it.

I didn't realise people were still commenting.

Thanks all for those that took the time to listen.  I'll read back through the comments and update the thread.

Well spotted on the vox, I was starting to think nobody would notice...

The track just fell into place after I'd created the FX.

not being a forum regular is quite liberating, Jon! i mean, i would have said to you beforehand that the vox were not great, but now it's easier. and of course, praise is also more fullsome...

The Dill the Dog lyric should have been a clue that I wasn't really cooking vocally...

I will say though it must be up there as one of my best vocal performances to date...
