Newb Question: removing measures from all tracks at beginning of project.

Hello, all:

I am using Sonar X1. In the beginning of a typical song, I go a couple of measures, the drummer then clicks us off, and the song begins. How do I trim all of the tracks at once where the the drum clicks end?

    Turn snap to grid off

    Place your cursor fractionally before the music starts

    Select ALL

    Split & Delete

    Or....... stick a track volume envelope on your master buss. set it to -INF, then fade it up to 0dB just before the music starts

    Or slip edit the clicks away, if necessary, and select a range when exporting the project. That way you can get back to the original recording if it should ever be needed.
