X2 SP1?

I do not plan to upgrade from X1 to X2 until X2 SP1 is available. If would be nice if SP1 was available before the holidays. Anyone know anything about SP1 availability?

    As far as I know, it will be released when it's ready.  Definitely before X3.
     
    I would upgrade now, and install the quick fix.  Since then it has been very stable, and the workflow enhancements alone are worth the bother, let alone the Console Emulation, Breverb etc..

    According to chaos theory, preliminary results from CERN and pan dimensional iterations run on Deep Thought it'll be after the holidays but before the end of January
