how to unregister v-studio 20 and guitar tracks 4?

  hi, i was wondering if there is a way to unregister my roland v-studio 20 and guitar tracks 4 software to sell my equipment. and also, is it even necessary to do this in order to sell-on the equipment and software? i hope someone can answer this question, because im not 100% satisfied with the product and wish to just get rid of it asap. ------------------- thanks in advance to any answers to these questions.
