Another classic from the vault, this time The Organik Dream.  The track was written a long time ago in I think 1999.  This recording was done in 2005, with the bass done a few years latter.  This mix which was done a few weeks ago was an attempt to finish the track.  I know there are a few dud notes and one obvious spot of distortion of the vocal but even with these problems I am almost happy with this one.

Wow - I liked that immediately. Outstanding work. I missed the dud notes and distortion, so they were either subtle or I was enjoying the song far too much to notice. Brilliant.

Amazing intro hook; no 1-2-3-4 ... just instant chant-funk and some pure mesmerizing ride!  This seems to violate all western stereotypes to date and heralds a new genre of skat-funk.

Hahahahahah!  Just when I thought a yellow-sub was cruising here ... ear-tickling, eclectic, rich-colored, sublime, extremely original, extremely sensual, etc.

Listened twice!  This should haunt me for an hour or so as I daze another day.

    Blessings!

Sorry Ben, I can't play SoundCloud unless I update my Browser, and this is my wifes computer.

I try their "classic" link, but I can no longer play SoundCloud.  I ticks me off when websites do that.  How fancy do they need to be to play music?

    Sorry...

Ben, this is unique and defies categorization.  I like it because of those reasons.  I find this tune to be very artistic and iconoclastic.  These seem to be your strengths, and I would be so proud.

    All the best,

Hey James, I've been around, it's hard to keep up with music at the moment, I've also branched out into Photography did a unit a Uni.  I must say it's more difficult than I thought being spread across two different art forms.  I think I only have enough creativity for one art form at a time but I must admit, i'm going through one of those shallow periods in regards to music.  I heard about your house and Sandy.  Hope things are better.  Thanks for listening.
