First song ever

Hello,

Having bought SHS6xl ages ago, and gotten away from it, I have finally got a song together. I hope you'll give it a listen and give me some feedback and pointers.
Thanks

    Hey thanks for listening.

mrMRKelly- Thanks so much. Weezer feeling, that's kind of cool. I'm glad you liked it.

Guitarhacker- A good country song, I never thought of it like that but right now I'm listening to "Footsteps in the Hall" and I kind of get what you mean.

    Thanks again

Listening on lappy spreakers, so can't really comment on mix, but I like the song a lot. I like the simplicity of it and the imaginative lyric. Maybe a couple of timing issues here and there, but I still enjoyed it.

Look forward to hearing some more from you.

paulo- thanks for the listen. Yes, the timing issues. I learned a lot on this first go, like once you create a drum track and then lay down some audio tracks it's a big problem if the timing is off. I think every time I hit the red button I got a bit excited and got ahead of myself.
lynn- thanks, I've got another on the go already. Glad you liked it.
daryl1968- thanks for tuning in. The first one took me 55 years so I'll try to bring in the second a bit quicker.
notnat- great response, very appropriate :) Thanks.
