E-mail broken again?

It appears that I am not receiving Cakewalk announcement e-mails anymore - again!
Bummer...

Anyone else having this recurring problem?

    Mine has worked perfectly for as long as I've been signed up...  But has now apparently stopped working.
     
    I used to be one of the first to receive them, but the last couple never came.
     
    Can Cake only send so many?  If they fix one person's, someone has to drop off?
     
    Do they have a cap on their broadband, perhaps?
     
    Just a thought, times are hard..

    Got one once after Andrew Rossa took an interest in the problem, but did't yet receive the X2a announcement.

    For anyone whose Email provider is cox cable, their email was down since Friday and is slowly coming back up. I got an email about sonar x2a this morning finally that was sent Friday the 14th.

    Case 34323 began June 18 2012 still no email. Sent an update request via email 12/14  no response as of today.

    Email notifications have never worked for me. And I have checked my spam folder. Honestly, this is the only company on Earth that cannot run an email list.

    Core i5, 8GB, Win 8 64bit, X2 Producer, Focusrite Forte, bunch of guitars, 12 notes.

    I never used to get emails, then about a year ago, they started to come in, and as far as I'm aware, I haven't missed one since.
