How to Activate These FX?

While I've rarely wanted to use most of the FX in this section, I would like to experiment, and know what they are, and do. The section of FX that has WavesReverb, I3DL2Reverb, and ReSampler DMO, etc. Whenever I try to use them there's no response. I've rescanned the VST's, which I know they're not VST's. Any advice? KC

    Waves is not included in Sonar. It is something you pay money for, yours was probably a crack or a demo, The other two are gaming development tools and are not VST
    Next time use google like I did.
