No effects bin in track view (X1) -- SOLVED

Hi, I have no effects bin in track view.

I have an effects bin in the inspector but I can only reach it if it is undocked. 

Does anyone know how to fix these?

    There is a drop down box at the top of track view (approximately under the tab that says MIDI).  Using hat drop-down, select ALL and you should see the FX bin.  That devilish little drop-down has messed me up before by hiding things from view.
