What happened to the Pro Channel menu?
There is nothing there. There are pictures of something but who knows what they are. Bring back the old menu!!! The new one is UNREADABLE!!!

I can see the menu if I look close. It may look "pretty" but for me it is useless. The menu was fine the way it was. I realize that you people that aren't going blind think it looks nice and cool, whatever. What I don't get is why Cakewalk does not give us more color options. It is painfully obvious that it "can" be done. (Thank you Panu) Why not give us some more options?

My guess, when I saw the X2a screenshot on the Cake Blog, was that this new menu wa to aid people using touch screens in windows 8.

I personally like this context menu. I can imagine the Plugin Browser showing a similar thing for every plugin. Instead of a single text, show extended information and a small UI icon, created automatically upon plugin scan, or manually, which then also is used automatically as track icon...

I can see the menu if I look close. How large is the text in yours? The text in mine is slightly larger than the TV/PRV menu text. (It might be the same size and illusion makes it look larger). It certainly shouldn't be any harder to read than those menus.
