Entry point not found

I get this notice when I try to open a project

The procedure entry point- atomic -fetch-sub-4 could not be located in the dynamic library link c\users\myname\appdata\local\microsoft\skydrive\16.4.6003.0710\amd64\skydriveshell64.dll

I click ok, repeat this three times, then it opens the project. This is new since the x2a update.
