Bapu, let's make a billion dollahs!
Hey bapsi, I got an idea.
My nephews have recently evolved to the point where they are buying vintage LP turntables and starting to listen to scratchy records from the thrift stores.
I guess it's easier than learning how to surf a file sharing network on an iPhone and you get a cool object to pass around and look at.
Anyways I was sitting in the idea booth this morning, thinking a bit, and I had a brain storm.
How about 3d printer point of sale kiosks that print LP records on demand?
You just dial in how many scratches and pops you want and 30 seconds later you have a warm toasty record to take home and show your friends.
It'll all be in a cloud... until those lasers fuse the molecules into sonic goodness. Know what I mean?
We'll do the record sleeves with soya based ink and 49% post consumer paper fibers so the globe only gets a little bit warmer.
It's an analog for something.
oh yeah, Merry Christmas.
best regards,
mike
