Can I "Lock" a track to prevent editing?

Surely there has to be a way to lock a track to prevent accidental editing...I just can't seem to find it?

You can lock the clips in a track. Select a track to select all the clips in it, then press Shift+I to access Clip Properties in the Inspector. Then choose a value for the Lock option. You can lock position, data, or both.

Yup. Select the track you want to lock or multi select the tracks then open the Inspector (Press I). Click on the Clips tab at the top of the Inspector and click the dropdown menu beside "Lock". You can select Pos, Data or Pos/Data. Select Pos/Data to completely lock that track(s).

If we installed a couple USB ports into Scott's head we could have the ultimate DAW.

LOL! I wish.  Imagine if you could plug your brain into a computer database and just absorb all the knowledge instead of having to spend years learning? That would be awesome.
