Your voice sounds a lot like "Loudon wainright III" to my ears.

The guitars sound nice and organic and the lead electric provides a nice contrast.

Nice work so far. Will be interesting to hear the finished version.

Loudon Wainright...wow, interesting. I will have to investigate him as I'm not that familiar with his music. I am a fan of Rufus Wainright (his son right? I really should know that shouldn't I?) thanks for listening and the feedback! Lee

You're off to a good start! Some drums and bass would be nice in there.

You sound way better than Loudon Wainright.

I like this and the vocals as well.  The rhythm guitar is a little rough in tone, but maybe that's what you were after.  I like the simplicity.   You should post the words, it makes it easier to inside the song.

    Cool.

What's not to like - raw, soulful, honest.  Over the past year, I've come to appreciate your style of music.  You are the opposite of the "pop music culture" that permeates our culture.  I wish more people could hear you.

    All the best,

GREAT START!  I'm getting a bit of The Wallflowers vibe.  Looking forward to hearing your finished piece.

This is very , very cool. Everyone hears things differently and here's my take - it could be a great Rolling Stones song. It has all the elements - you've got a solid core here - no matter which way you go with it, it is going to be terrific - personally, I'd make it rock out. Good stuff.

Very nice, I enjoyed this just as it is, and as Lynn says, it could work out well in any direction you take it.
