Question for X2 Users

Hi-

I'm an X1 user wondering if some issues have been addressed in X2. I've scoured the forum, but haven't found any conclusive answers.

1. Track View Meters: Sometimes I perform/record from a decent distance. Thus, I'll zoom-in on an armed track to the point that its meter is visible from across the room. I'll make a take. If I click "undo" from my keyboard or remote control, the meter will stop functioning. I can work around by dis-arming the track and re-arming it.

2. Pro-Channel in Console View: Huge pet peeve here. In a large project with many tracks, it takes a while to find and scroll to the track I want to work with. Say it's number 52 out of 65 or something. I expand the ProChannel view for this track, and the view refreshes to hard left of the console. It would be much nicer if it would just stay centered on the channel where I had activated ProChannel.

Can anyone tell me if these things have been addressed in X2? I'm considering the upgrade, but I would like to know if these things have been addressed.

Thanks,
TB

    1. I don't see this on my system.

    2. You're seeing the Pro Channel in Inspector View - try undocking the Inspector and position it in the centre of your screen
