Bouncing V-Vocal clips

I am new to V-Vocal and have a question.  I am using X1.  I had several clips that I had tuned using V-Vocal.  When I bounced them, muted clips showed up, un-bounced.  I assume these are the original clips, because behind them, is one clip that seems to be tuned.  Are the muted clips the original, non-V-Vocal clips?

Thanks,

Tom
