SWA Complete x2 fails to unzip

I took advantage of the voucher and picked up the SWA Complete tuition dvideos. I am having some issues though. I have downloaded it twoce and both copies fail to open/unzip and the first chapter listed is 5. Any body else having this problem?

    Are you using Winzip or Windows zip utility? If so you might try using 7-zip to unzip them, as sometimes the others give me problems.

    Send your dowlowded compressed file to the desktop, then on destop right clickit and extract all

    Send your dowlowded compressed file to the desktop, then on destop right clickit and extract all

    thanx for the help but makes no difference. With WINRAR I get error 'Unexpected end of archive' and 7-zip does not recognise the file format

    Try downloading with a different browser or download manager

    I had the same problem when I downloaded it with Internet explorer. I tried again with Google chrome and everything worked perfectly.

    Cakewalk, Harrison Mixbus 4, Waveform 9, ADK intel i7 2600 3.40 ghz, 8gb Ram, Win 7, Presonus Audiobox 44VSL.
