X2a Patch

Hi Folks,
Any idea why the X2a patch would preclude me from using VLS? I use VSL Pro Server within SONAR and I've never had problems in the past. Now it won't load or I get blue screened / crashed everytime I try to use it. I've updated the elicense and scanned the VST files - all to no avail.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I'm using Windows 7 / 32 bit. On occasion I've been able to initiate the VSL program outside of SONAR (very wobbly though) but the minute I try and get them to run together (which they always have in the past) it crashes. Nothing else has changed except the blasted X2a.
