v vocal problum

just finished a vocal track, and put it through v-vocal, normaly the vocals  (in yellow) show for the whole duration of the note plus all the buld up and fall off, but now i'v got  x2a, i get just tiny amount of yellow, if i recored at any higher db then it clip's , anyone know how to correct this?. im useing ua-25 ex as i have done with x1 , same settings !
