Long Overdue Praise!
1st - Thanks for a great DAW (bakers) and a great forum (everybody else). I officially opened Big T Studio today with which I use Sonar X2a as my primary studio DAW. I've used Cakewalk products since music creator 2. I've spent the better part of 2 years learning to master the technique and the ins and outs of different DAWs but I keep looping back to Sonar X1 through X2a. Karl - FBB and Eli K. have been my unofficial teachers as well as the many people who have helped me along the way on this trek who have been my unofficial advisors. 2nd - I can't think of anything at the moment... So ... Thanks ... is the best thing I can come up with. But I'll always be checking in to see if I can help others with the Sonar experience. :)

Yes, I'll go with the OP's sentiments. I've a couple of little wrinkles but the bottom line is "Wow, what a great program" I'm having a lot of fun.

Pics are on my website http://bigtstudio.com/. My daughter and one of her friends modeled and gave me the "rock look"... It was fun and funny. My setup is simple.... I'm in an old country house with that old country vibe... Behrenger sx4882 - 24 mics have direct outs (everybody tracks live so latency is not an issue) Maudio Profire 2626 and 2 preamp lightpipe boxes- captures the direct outs for 24 track / 24 bit / 48khz recording Control is from Axiom49 2nd gen and Akai APC40. Iso Room / Drum Room / Main Room (Kitchen area for people to have drinks without bringing fluids near my equipment. ) My first job is a bluegrass group. We are halfway into it and I'm having a blast. As soon as we wrap, I'll put some examples on my web page. This is hobby-level/semi-pro, but I hope to grow over the years and record and create some great stuff.

Thanks for posting. People who are having problems are always more vocal, so good to see posts that probably reflect the experience of the majority of users.
