Well I  tried it but I can't figure out how to bounce to two seperate mono tracks. It only lets me choose one track to bounce to.

    1. Select the track.
    2. Choose Tracks > Bounce To Tracks from the Track view menu.
    3. Choose Tracks for the Source Category.
    4. Choose Split Mono for the Channel Format.
    5. Choose None for Dithering.

Click OK. SONAR will automatically create two new mono tracks, which you'll find at the bottom of the Track list.

This also works for making a stereo track from 2 or more mono tracks.

    >>2. Choose Tracks > Bounce To Tracks from the Track view menu.

    That should be:

    2. Choose Tracks > Bounce To Tracks, from the Track > Tracks menu.

    Right?
