X2 Browser Bug Confirmation Request

Open an existing project where the Media Browser was open and was in a directory containing media, e.g., loops.
Examine the Media Browser directory field.
Is the field empty?
Navigate up a level.
Does the directory field now indicate current directory?
Descend back down to the media directory that was selected at startup.
Is the media directory now seen in the media field?

Can anyone else confirm that upon startup the currently selected media directory is not shown in the directory field?  Thanks.

Initially the dropdown is blank. Hit the "Move up one level button" and the dropdown is set to the current directory. If the current directory is the root of a drive or the top of the system, the dropdown is blank. The dropdown also appears to squash the directory name to fit a fixed length by removing letters in the name.

Yes, initially the dropdown Media Browser Directory Indicator is blank, the point of my post; thank you for the verification.  When X2 boots a previous session, if the contents of the working Media Browser directory are known then certainly the name of the current Media Browser directory is known.  Let's write that directory name to the Media Browser Directory Indicator on startup.

When you hit the "Move up one level button" you actually do not get set to the current directory (where you were when you opened the project), you get set to the parent directory of the current directory.  Unless you know exactly what directory you were in when the project opened, you may have to do some time consuming search to identify the startup current directory from a number of directories.

    I'll be submitting a ticket.

I don't understand your post.  I did thank you for verifying that the Media Browser Directory indicator is blank on loading an existing project.  Did I miss something?  Thanks again.
