How does X1d run in windows 8?

Windows 8.1 64 BIT, Intel Q6600, 4 GIG RAM, Sonar X3 Producer 64 BIT,  Edirol FA-101 Firewire, PCR-800, V-Studio 20

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.
