Sonar X2a and ACT problem

Hope everyone is well!!
So, I installed the Sonar X2a patch and among other things like (slower work flow, missing plugins e.t.c that has been posted in the forum) I found that there is a mess up with ACT. 
Before Sonar X2a, i would select a track with my controller, and ACT would focus on the 1st plugin in the effect bin. I then could open the next plugin or previous plugin by pressing a button on my controller and tweak e.t.c and go on to other tracks and tweak with my controller. All with NO mouse. 
 That didnt happen in the Pro Channel plugins though.. ACT would NOT follow the Pro Channel Plugins. You had to click on e.g the Pro Channel Eq to tweak it through ACT and then click the Pro Channel Compressor and So on. 
Now, with X2a, its the opposite. You can control the Pro Channel plugins by selecting a track and then select the next plugin from the midi controller and do your thing. NO MOUSE. Thats nice BUT, BIG ISSUE WITH THE EFFECT BIN. Act wont follow the effect bin plugins.. BUMMER!!!!! 
I tried dragging a plugin into the Pro Channel but it wont work. You cant Control any plugins except the default  Pro Channel plugins like Compressor, EQ, Saturation.
