Can any Sonar synths be easily used as a tone generator?

OK i'm not a big soft synth user so this may be a stupid question, but say for example I wanted to generate a 400hz tone. Could this easily be done using any of the Cake options?  Thanks in advance.

You might want to pick-up the Melda Productions Free Bundle http://www.meldaproductio...?id=MFreeEffectsBundle

It contains MOscillator, a plugin that will do what you want.
