Nudge Clip Without Numpad

Hope this question is not too dumb. I'm running X2 on a Macbook Pro running Win8. I want to nudge a clip but there is no Numpad on the laptop to do this with. All the instructions I find require using Numpad. I know I can nudge from the Process->Nudge menu? That's just too slow doing it from the menu. Any suggestions/help? Thx. Ira

    Create custom key bindings in Edit > Preferences > Customization > Keyboard Shortcuts for the "Process | Nudge | Left 1"... "Process | Nudge | Right 3" functions.
