Apparently The Bapu and The Lovely Lady.....

...can score better seats to see Marc Cohn than David Crosby and his wife can.

Yes, David and his wife were on the right center aisle seats and The Bapu and The Lovely Lady were on the left center aisle seats but The Bapu and The Lovely Lady were in row C whilst D.C. & wife were in row H or I (mebee even row J).

The upside for D.C. was he was asked to come up on stage and sing a song with Marc.

Marc told us how David was a mentor to him in the early years and how they have become real friends and that David is a kind, gentle and AMAZING man.

Apparently Marc heard my recent demo vocal and declined my offer to sing backup for him.

You see... this is why artists should never share their opinion about Ticketmasters.

It'll come back to bite you and you'll get stuck in row H. Or J.

The reason is obvious.  D.C. doesn't have an Alembic.
    (Or does he?)

    Yup.

No bass and drums on this tour. Just him, a geetar player who plays in the Shane Fontayne band and a former keyboard player for Levon Helm's band. The names escape me, sorry.

Only crit; the keyboard player was getting an obnoxious feedback or had a whacked patch during Perfect Love. VEEEEERRRRRRRY distracting.

David Crosby was probably thinking, "That Bapu guy got row C!  What a Stupid Face.  Bless his heart."

Should auld acquaintance be forgot--hey, who the hell are you guys?

D.C. did not get a sore neck from staring up at the stage from row C...

Wait...  Row C?  Isn't that right where the mosh pit should be?

Heck, he had to trade tickets with Carmen Brittlecock just to get to row G...

The mosh pit was replaced with three rows of chairs. Yeah chairs. They had to strain their necks. From rows A on back it was graduated/elevated seating. Row C was nearly navel level. I believe D.C. was staring into the overhead lights.
